Phase Performance
Phase Performance, located at 5500 Crestwood Blvd, is our class-based affiliate located in Crestwood. With classes six days a week, Phase Performance brings strength and endurance classes, as well as limited open gym hours (coming soon) to the Phase Gym family. Phase Bluff Park
Phase Bluff Park, located at 2153 Clearbrook Road, is a 24 hour full-service gym operated by Phase Gym Lakeview. This location also serves as the primary hub for the Phase Foundation, our nonprofit arm that provides sensory-inclusive training and workout space. A portion of all open gym memberships at Phase Bluff Park go to help defray the foundation's expenses. Interested in joining?
